Surprise children with this Christmas dessert in the form of a snowman

If two days ago we showed you how it is possible to decorate the house with snowmen at Christmas (and 'without getting cold'), today I want to give A sweet touch to Saturday with these original and delicious winter desserts.

Can you imagine the face of the children when you put this dish in front of them after the Christmas meal? Although ... you don't need to tell me: I know that you also 'make your mouth water'. It's so easy to buy stuffed cookies, provide yourself with white chocolate, and finish a perfect job with flat wooden sticks and decorating candies.

Ingredients:

  • Stuffed cookies (sandwich type) With round shape and small size, flat shaped sticks (such as ice cream), anisets, lacasitos or small candies. Molten white chocolate
Wooden sticks can be found in hardware stores, bazaars or large surfaces

How we make our sweet 'snowmen':

We will melt the chocolate in the water bath, and then keep it in a large bowl near the heat so that it does not cool very soon.

For each 'lollipop' the two sides of three cookies are separated and the stick is plunged into the filling cream. Before closing again to hold the support, we will cover the stick with melted white chocolate and let it dry.

Now we will use chocolate again to bathe our cookies, dipping them in the bowl, and helping us with a teaspoon or other wooden stick to get a more perfect finish.

While there is still tender chocolate, we decorate so that it is achieved the effect of a snowman face and body.

Marie LeBaron tells us from Make and Takes, that once the lollipops are cold, we can keep them in the freezer for a few minutes, so we will harden the chocolate, and they will be much more palatable.
