Custom token generator

Creating an activity booklet for my oldest daughter I found a curious tool that I think can be useful for develop custom vocabulary materials, an automatic chip generator.

The custom token generator can be found in Tools for Educators, and allows to select more than forty subjects to elaborate our cards. Thus, we can choose family, body parts, emotions, Christmas, animals, numbers, house, countries ... and focus on different topics.

Once we have chosen the theme, we can select the drawings that we want to appear on our cards, and the word that will accompany it. Although the tool is in English, they are simple terms, and being able to write the text we want in Spanish, they also serve us for monolingual children.

For those who already give their first steps in English, we already have the terms "translated", although we can actually choose any language because the text that accompanies each drawing is written by us.

I thought it was a great idea, both for the little ones to expand vocabulary (a kind of "bits" of intelligence, so fashionable) and for those who already learn the letters or to read (in addition, we can choose if we want the words written in upper or lower case).

You can make files with a maximum of thirty drawings (there are many options for each theme), although they can be easier if we leave blank spaces. When we generate the file, it appears on a new screen, and can be printed. The drawings are in color, quality and quite attractive for children.

I encourage you to take a look at this custom token generator for Tools for Educators, because you will surely find a good idea to create and be able to have a fun time with your kids.
