World Lottery against Child Malnutrition

More than five million children die each year from malnutrition and no less than 146 million are in serious danger due to the lack of weight they present, the figures are truly alarming and shocking, these are data belonging to a UNICEF report United Nations for Children) which was released a few days ago.

The solution taken by the members of the UN (United Nations Organization) is truly surprising, although for us it is not the most successful. At least you can alleviate a little this sad situation that affects so many millions of children.

A World Lottery against Child Malnutrition which aims to raise about 500 million dollars a year and will be exclusively intended to combat hunger that hangs over the millions of children in different countries whose poverty is extreme. The tickets for this new lottery will be sold at the price of one euro and will begin to be marketed in Spain next year. They will be prizes known at the time and may be in cash or a commitment to finance a UN program for children.

Nutrition is a fundamental aspect in development, in health, in survival, in learning ... in everything. Although the idea is very commendable, we do not believe it is an adequate solution to place the future (the life of these children) in the hands of a lottery game. But it is curious, it gives us the feeling that it can work in its own way, as many people are not able to give if they receive nothing in return (in this case the possibility of winning a cash prize), but others who would do so if could, will have the opportunity to help those little people who need it so much.

Hopefully there is no one who benefits and fills their coffers at the expense of this new lottery to help children, many unscrupulous people walk the world.
