Breastfeed the baby properly

For suckling the baby properlyThere are a number of very appropriate tips that will help you and facilitate breastfeeding. You should always have a clean breast and nipple, but without overdoing it, just take a daily shower.

You should look for a quiet place with a good temperature. Try to accompany this moment with a glass of water or milk.

Giving your breasts a massage is highly recommended. Also if you complement it with hot cloths, the milk will come out more easily.

The position you must adopt must be comfortable. You can sit with your back straight and rest your feet on a raised surface, for example. When breastfeeding the baby, close the nipple to the lower lip of the mouth and then introduce the entire nipple and part of the areola. The child's head will not need to turn and his nose will touch your chest and try not to make the typical gesture of the clamp with your fingers on the breast since you would get cracks.

The baby should breastfeed more than one breast than another. The reason is simple, at the end of each teat, the milk has more fat and this makes the child take more weight and grow.

Do not have rigid guidelines in the schedule of the shots, since it is the baby who commands.

A good way to remove the chest after the shot is to put your little finger in your mouth, but never pull the chest. Then, extract a few drops of milk and put them on the nipple and areola, letting the chest dry in the air, it will hydrate you.
