How to make banana fritters with chocolate

For this recipe, we need to prepare a spongy batter that suffers a bit when frying. To do this, we mix the egg with the flour and the yeast envelope, beating until making a homogeneous dough. Add the beer and beat with the rods. Let stand for 10 minutes.

We put plenty of oil to heat in a pan. Cut the bananas into slices and pass them through the dough, frying them in batches so that the temperature does not drop. We turn the bananas and when they are golden brown we drain to a paper towel.
